Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a the receipt or proof of purchase. Verification process will be conducted thereafter.
However, custom resin, custom shoe lace tags, and any custom jewelry items are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at modernengu@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order/Shipping Policy
When will my order be ready?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and ready for shipping. Kindly advise that order timelines also vary for certain products. For more information, contact Modernen Co. or visit product for timeline details. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quick as possible, while maintaining quality service.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
